WHO SHOULD GET IT?
Anyone who is interested in all-natural, non-invasive, full-face rejuvenation to help tighten and smooth the skin, enhanced facial contours and improve overall facial tissues. Our specially trained practitioners will perform a thorough medical and cosmetic assessment to ensure that you are a good candidate for the entire Bio-CARE protocol. Through a collaborative discussion between you and our practitioners, your treatment will be customized depending upon your individual facial needs, wants and desires.
WHAT IS THE RECOVERY AND DOWNTIME AFTER THIS TREATMENT?
Downtime is very minimal following the Bio-CARE treatment. You will have some redness and sensitivity immediately after your treatment, but this will resolve usually within 24-48 hours and swelling, bruising and tenderness may occur after any injections. It is important to avoid anything that will increase sensitivity of the skin for the first week following the treatment such as harsh skin care and, most importantly, THE SUN! We recommend avoiding direct sun exposure for an entire week after. If sun exposure is unavoidable, you should wear SPF 30+ daily and wear a hat. Light peeling may occur for one week after. Makeup may be worn within 48-hours after your treatment if the skin is not broken or oozing. Your practitioner will give you additional instructions and information on what is not normal and when to notify your practitioner of any issues. It is important that you return in 2 weeks for your follow-up so we can assess your results and discuss any concerns you may have.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED?
Full Bio-CARE results will continue to occur for 3-6 months following your therapy. We recommend a series of at least three Bio-CARE sessions to achieve the desired results. You may receive a Bio-CARE once every 4 weeks. More sessions may be required depending on your age and individual needs. Maintenance treatments are recommended to maintain results.
